We all know the new year comes with a lot of health resolutions. We may not always keep up to them. We may follow them for a few days and forget about it after some time.
If you are one of those, I can help you to stick with it. I followed the below baby steps to get in shape. It worked for me.

  • Walk wherever and whenever possible

  • Take stairs instead of lift
  • Try different workouts like swimming, Zumba
  • Enjoy exercise
  • Set your exercise goals
  • Try Pilates or yoga
  • Meditate at least 15 min a day

  • Never skip your breakfast
  • Cut down sugar from your diet
  • Use extra virgin olive oil
  • Drink more than 6 glass of water in a day
  • Track your food intake
  • Drink green tea or warm water with honey
  • Switch to high protein diet
  • Avoid artificial trans fats
  • Eat fatty fish
  • Eat the lot of fruits
  • Start with salad first while having lunch or dinner
  • Eat plenty of green vegetables

  • Maintain good posture when using a computer
  • Wake up early in the morning
  • Be Sure to get enough Sleep
  • Get your regular checkup
  • Shop with full stomach
  • Try using standing desk
  • Become a morning person
  • Stretch after every workout
  • Get a massage once a month
